1. Service Description

Revv is a SaaS tool that helps field sales teams log customer visits via voice memos, sync data to your CRM, and generate follow-up communications.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Your organization admin manages team access and billing
• You must not share your account credentials

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only record your own voice memos — do not record customers without consent
• You must comply with applicable laws regarding data processing
• You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious content
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

4. Data Ownership

Your data remains yours. We process it solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed per seat per month. Your organization admin manages billing via the dashboard. All prices are in EUR. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for data loss, missed syncs, or service interruptions. Enterprise customers may negotiate SLAs.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revv's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
